Return Policy

To Resellers: Resolute’s authors want you to be satisfied with your purchase. But we recognize that there are times when returns may be necessary. In order for your overstocked or unsold merchandise to be accepted and credited, please note the following conditions:

(1) You must contact us before submitting a return. Unauthorized and surprise returns will not be accepted. Once contacted, we will reply with a return address.

(2) To bookstores, libraries, wholesalers, and book clubs, all unblemished books may be returned for credit or refund if received within one year of the original invoice date. Please include a copy of the invoice wit the return shipment.

(3) Return freight charges are the responsibility of the Reseller. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted. Resolute is not responsible for lost shipments. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method and purchasing insurance for the contents of the package. Please note your full name and address on the outside of packaging.

(4) If you receive damaged products, it must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.

This Return Policy only applies to titles purchased from the Resolute Publishing website. Special orders are not returnable. We do not accept ebook returns. Please, do not use newspaper as packing material because newsprint will rub off onto the items. Original shipment charges will not be refunded.

Returns that don’t meet these criteria will not be acknowledged or credited. We will notify you by email once your return is received and once your credit or refund is complete.

To Readers: Products damaged in transit are returnable within 10 days of purchase. Otherwise, all sales are finals.
