Orders
All debit/credit card payments are processed by PayPal—a secure payment gateway for all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. After you add an item to the shopping cart, click “Checkout” and you will be taken to the PayPal’s checkout portal. Enter your zip code and press “Calculate”. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Simply click “Don’t Have a PayPal Account” to enter your card information and delivery address. Next, press “Review and Continue.” On this screen, you can select a shipping method and proceed with checkout. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email from PayPal for the transaction.
All online transactions are secure. PayPal uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) and 128-bit encryption.
Order by Mail.
If you prefer to order by mail, you can print the Book Order Form (PDF).
Discounts.
Retailers/resellers, bookclubs, associations, etc. should email Resolute for a discount schedule. Titles can be ordered and submitted via the Book Order Form (PDF).
Taxes.
A 6% sales tax will be added to books shipped to Kentucky.
Shipping.
Orders that are received on Sunday to Friday will ship within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that are received on Saturday will not ship until the following Monday. All shipments are sent by USPS and include delivery confirmation, which allows you to track the status of the shipment.
Resolute offers two shipping options:
- Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery 2 to 3 days; price based on number of books ordered; shipping prices ranges from $5.75 to $15.75*
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 2 to 8 days; price based on number of books ordered; shipping prices range from $3.50 to $4.75*
Note: Orders for 6 or more books will be shipped as Priority Mail
